How Do I Contact PawSquad?
After activating your account, you can contact the PawSquad team by downloading the app in the App Store or Google Play Store, or visit their website. Whether you're in the app or logged into the site, there are three quick and simple ways to speak to a vet:
- Video consultation: Perfect if you need to show the vets a physical concern or particular behavioural trait
- Audio chat: Great for discussing training plans, nutritional advice, or highlighting behavioural issues.
- Live chat: A super relaxed discussion channel which you can pick up and leave as life happens around you.

PawSquad for You and Your Pet
Your pet’s health, care and well-being means the world to us, that’s why we include access to PawSquad in every policy. PawSquad’s RCVS-qualified vet team will always be there for you and your pet.
If you need advice about your cat, dog or rabbit, whether you want to chat about their health, behaviour, training or you just want some general pet care advice, the PawSquad team will be available.
It's a 24/7 service, which is perfect for when you need peace of mind without having to worry about expensive out of hours vet fees. PawSquad is made up of over 90 vets, all with at least 5 years of clinical experience in the UK.
What Can I Talk to PawSquad About?
The PawSquad vet team are always available to chat. Any concerns, conditions or issues you may be worried about in terms of your paw-fect pet's health and well-being, they will always be there to help.
Some of the things you can chat to the team about are:
- General pet health advice
- Behavioural advice
- Bereavement counsellling
- Dental advice
- Feeding and nutrition
- Parasites, including fleas and worms
- Pregnancy, including whelping and kittening
- Toilet training
- Training advice
- Vaccinations
You can't talk to PawSquad about anything to do with your policy.
Will PawSquad Offer Any Other Advice?
Don't worry if we’ve missed something from the list above, if your concern is about your pet and nothing to do with your policy; PawSquad are always happy to help. Use the PawSquad app or website to discuss aspects of your pet’s care.
For example, their behaviourist is on hand to offer advice and training options if your pet has behavioural issues. If your pet passes away, they can arrange bereavement counselling for you. And if you’re new to pet parenting, have a pet with a sensitive stomach or weight issue, or you just have a particularly picky pooch, puss or bunny, the team can also offer food and nutirition advice. Plus, so much more.
Frequently Asked Questions
You should've recieved a welcome email from PawSquad complete with an account activation link. All you need to do is follow the instructions on the activation email to get started. Your pet's details will already be pre-loaded into your account for you. So no long-winded online setup forms to complete.
PawSquad is ONLY available to Everypaw policyholders. You'll need to confirm your policy number to speak to PawSquad.
Dont panic if you're struggling to find your PawSquad email, just visit their website or download the app. Then use the 'Forgot password' link. From here you can re-enter your email address and the team will know you're part of the Everypaw family.
The advice given to you by PawSquad's veterinary team will be specific to the concern about your pet. They will listen to your problem, ask a series of in-depth questions and offer suitable advice and guidance on next steps. You can get in contact with the team via video, audio or live chat through the website or dedicated PawSquad app.
They cannot officially diagnose conditions or symptoms over the chat, but they can tell you if they think your pet should see a vet face-to-face.
You can't talk to our PawSquad about anything related to your policy, including:
- Buying a policy
- Cancelling your policy
- Checking or updating policy details
- Making a claim or checking an existing claim
- Making a payment
Calling PawSquad to discuss aspects of your policy wastes their time and yours. If you need to speak to our Customer Services team, you can send them a message through the 'Help' section of the Portal or give them a call on 0344 543 1009.
If your pet's condition is serious, e.g. they've been in an accident, collapsed or unconscious, you should get your pet to a vet as quickly as you possibly can.
