Vet Fee Benefit Tracker

You may be a seasoned pet owner or brand new parents to a beautiful little furbaby. Sometimes it can be tricky to keep track of your vet fee limit – especially if you had to make some claims. That's where we try to take the hard work out for you. With the portal's benefit tracker, you can see exactly how much cover you have left.

Make a Vet Fee Claim Online

When it comes to making a vet fee claim, it can be a pretty tough time for you and your pet. So to try and make it a little bit easier on you, you can submit your claim online in the Pet Portal. When you need to make a vet fee claim, whether it's for a new condition or a continuation claim, just log in to the portal. Complete an online form, and boom, we get that sent straight to your vets for authorisation. It's the fastest way to claim.

Downloadable claim forms are also available; once you're registered for the portal, you'll find them in the Claims section. You can find out more by reading our Pet Insurance Claims page.

Have a concern about your pet's health or need some advice on their care or training? Petcall is there for you when you need them most, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Register for the Pet Portal

Almost everything about your pet policy is there at your fingertips with Everypaw's Pet Portal. But like a lot of things in life, there are some things you can do and some things you can't.

You can:

  • Keep an eye on your vet fee benefit
  • Make vet fee claims online
  • Make continuation claims
  • Track your claims
  • Live chat our Petcall vets 24/7
  • View and download your documents
  • Change some personal details
  • Change account preferences
  • Check messages about your policy
  • Get in touch with us

You can't:

  • Make any changes that would affect your policy's premium.

These can range from changes to your pet's details to you moving house. For anything like that, you just need to get in touch, which you can do in the Pet Portal.

In the Pet Portal is a handy little inbox where we send you important messages about your policy as well as things like your Welcome Pack and your Policy Documents.

All you need to do to access them is log in to the portal and head to the Messages section. There you'll find your Insurance Product Information Document (IPID) and Policy Documents. Then just scroll down that page for your messages.

If you choose to receive your documents through the post, you should expect them to land through your letterbox a few working days after taking out your policy.

No, you don't need to register, but it can make things easier. Going digital with your pet insurance can save you hassle with your paperwork as well as keeping all the info you need handy when you need it. Let's say you're at the vets and you need some policy information quickly – easy. Just log in on your mobile, and all the information about your pet policy is there to hand.

If you don't register for the portal, that's OK. It's entirely up to you; we're not going to hold it against you. Just when you need us, instead of heading to the portal, just give us a call or email. You can find our contact details on our Pet Insurance Help page.
