You have two options to get in touch with Petcall. You can either give Petcall a call or have a live chat via the Everypaw Pet Portal.

Petcall has a video call feature too. If the team feels they need to see your pet, they&#39;ll send you a link so you can have a video call.

Petcall is ONLY available to Everypaw policyholders. You&#39;ll need to confirm your policy number to speak to Petcall.

What advice will Petcall's vet team give me?

The advice given to you by our veterinary team will be specific to the concern about your pet. They will listen to your problem, ask a series of in-depth questions and offer suitable advice and guidance on next steps. If they feel it&#39;s necessary, they can set up a video call to get a better understanding of your pet&#39;s issue.

They cannot officially diagnose conditions or symptoms over the phone, but they can tell you if they think your pet should see a vet face-to-face.

You can&#39;t talk to our Petcall nurses about anything related to your policy, including:

<ul>
	<li>Buying a policy</li>
	<li>Cancelling your policy</li>
	<li>Checking or updating policy details</li>
	<li>Making a claim or checking an existing claim</li>
	<li>Making a payment</li>
</ul>

Calling Petcall to discuss aspects of your policy wastes their time and yours. If you need to speak to our Customer Services team, you can send them a message through the &#39;Help&#39; section of the Portal or give them a call on&nbsp;<a href="tel:03445431009" title="Call the Everypaw Customer Service Team">0344 543 1009</a>

If your pet&#39;s condition is serious, e.g. they&#39;ve been in an accident, collapsed or unconscious, you should get your pet to a vet as quickly as you possibly can.

If this happens while you&#39;re out and about or it&#39;s out of hours, Petcall can advise on the nearest vets available to you.

The Petcall Vet Team are always available to chat. Any concerns, conditions or issues you may be worried about in terms of their health and well-being, they will always be there to help. Some of the things you can chat to the team about are:

Don&#39;t worry if we&rsquo;ve missed something from the list above, if your concern is about your pet and nothing to do with your policy; the Petcall Team are always happy to help. They can also help and advise on other aspects of your pet&rsquo;s care.

If your pet has behavioural issues, they can recommend Pet Behaviour Counsellors and can offer contacts for Dog Trainers. If your pet passes away, they can arrange Bereavement Counselling for you. And if you&rsquo;re going away, they can also find a list of Pet Sitters in your area.
