1. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.

2. The competition is free and only open to enter for all Everypaw policy holders.

3. There are six (6) categories of Awards. There will be one winner in each category.

4. The opening date for entries is 1/11/2025. The closing date of the competition is on the 31/12/2025 at 23:59. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5.  Entry requirements for Facebook:

1) Submit Your Entry: Send a photo or video of your pet to Everypaw’s Facebook page via direct message. Be sure to include the category you're entering in your message.

2) Confirmation: Once your entry is received, Everypaw will contact you via direct message to request your policy number and confirm your participation.

3) In the comments below the post on Facebook tag a friend who is a pet owner who might enjoy this competition.

6. Entry requirements for Instagram:

1) Submit Your Entry: Send a photo or video of your pet to Everypaw’s Instagram account via direct message. Be sure to specify the category you're entering.

2) Confirmation: After submitting your entry, Everypaw will reach out via direct message to request your policy number and confirm your participation.

4) In the comments below the post on Instagram tag a friend who is a pet owner who might enjoy this competition.

7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.  

8. The best photograph or video in each category will be picked by our internal committee by the 15/01/2026. Our internal committee’s names and the winner of this competition will be available on request.

9. Prize included: The winner will receive a personalised trophy and a £50 Amazon Voucher.

10. The winner will be requested to participate in publicity related to the competition, which may include the publication of their names and photographs on Everypaw's social media accounts, any media outreach and inclusion on the Everypaw website. The Promoter may also request the right to use any images submitted in any further marketing activity that may relate to the campaign.

11. The winners will be notified on the same social media platform they submitted their entry, using details provided at entry before the 31/12/2025. The winners will be contacted by the 15/01/2026. Everypaw will ask for the winners address in order to send the prizes to the winners.

12. If a winner does not claim their prize within 76 hours of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

13. The prizes are supplied by Pinnacle Insurance Plc, trading as Everypaw. Address: 4^th floor, Limelight, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1JH (the "Promoter"). The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

15. A winner's name and Town can be obtained by sending an email to marketingteam@pinnaclepetuk.com within three days after the date of the closing date of the competition.

16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

19. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of prizes.  But not for marketing purposes of third party products.

20. EveryPaw will use any personal information you provide for the purposes of administering our Awards. Images submitted to us will be permanently deleted from our systems 6 months following the closure of our competition. 21. The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

22. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
